Policy Statement
The International Journal of Environmental and Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) is committed to providing broad access to scholarly content while respecting intellectual property rights. This Institutional Use Policy defines the terms under which libraries, universities, research institutions, and corporate organizations may access, use, and distribute IJOEAR content.
Institutional Access Options
IJOEAR offers the following access options for institutions:
Open Access (Free)
All IJOEAR articles are freely available to anyone worldwide under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. No subscription or payment is required for individual readers.
Always AvailableInstitutional Subscription
Libraries and institutions may opt for enhanced access services including API access, usage statistics, MARC records, and priority technical support.
Optional Paid ServiceNote: Since IJOEAR is an open access journal, no subscription is required for reading or downloading articles. The Institutional Subscription program is optional and provides value-added services for libraries.
Permitted Uses for Institutions
Institutions and their authorized users may:
Freely read and download articles for educational and research purposes.
Share articles with colleagues within the same institution.
Include articles in course reading materials and learning management systems.
Provide copies to other libraries for interlibrary loan under fair use provisions.
Conduct text and data mining for non-commercial research purposes.
Participate in LOCKSS/CLOCKSS preservation networks.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are NOT permitted:
Selling or licensing articles to third parties for commercial purposes.
Automated or systematic downloading (scraping, crawling) without permission.
Removing or altering copyright statements, DOI links, or attribution.
Creating derivative works for commercial sale without permission.
Repository & Archiving Rights
Institutions have the following repository and archiving rights:

License Agreement Terms
Institutions that opt for paid subscriptions must agree to the following license terms:
