Through our open-access publishing model, we ensure that quality research reaches the widest possible audience without geographical or institutional barriers. This approach supports our mission of democratizing access to cutting-edge scientific research.

Our Story: From Vision to Reality

The inception of IJOEAR was rooted in a shared vision among three passionate individuals—Mr. Mukesh Arora, Dr. Bhagwan Bharali, and Dr. Kusum Lata Gaur. The idea initially took shape in 2014, when Mr. Mukesh Arora began conceptualizing a scholarly journal that would be globally accessible, ethically sound, and technically strong. Their aligned vision led to the creation of IJOEAR in April 2015. Today, IJOEAR stands as a symbol of collaborative innovation in the academic world—built on expertise, passion, and a commitment to research excellence.
