International Journal of Environmental & Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) is a monthly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal founded in April 2015. The journal serves as a global platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals working in environmental science and agriculture to share their findings, exchange ideas, and contribute to sustainable development through evidence-based research.
IJOEAR is committed to advancing scientific knowledge through high-quality publications, maintaining rigorous peer review standards, and supporting open access to research. We publish original articles, case studies, reviews, and research communications from across the globe.
The inception of IJOEAR was rooted in a shared vision among three passionate individuals—Mr. Mukesh Arora, Dr. Bhagwan Bharali, and Dr. Kusum Lata Gaur.
The idea initially took shape in 2014, when Mr. Mukesh Arora, a tech-driven professional with a deep interest in academic publishing, began conceptualizing a scholarly journal that would be globally accessible, ethically sound, and technically strong. With a clear mission in mind, he sought insights and collaboration from experts in the field.
In a turning point, Mr. Arora met Dr. Bhagwan Bharali, a seasoned researcher in Agricultural Sciences, and Dr. Kusum Lata Gaur, an interdisciplinary academic with a strong research background. The three minds came together and spent several discussions exploring the challenges faced by researchers, the need for a transparent peer review system, and the importance of making environmental and agricultural research widely accessible.
Their aligned vision led to the creation of IJOEAR in April 2015. While Mr. Arora laid the technical foundation and editorial infrastructure, Dr. Bharali and Dr. Gaur brought academic depth, research leadership, and credibility to the journal’s content and peer review standards.
Today, IJOEAR stands as a symbol of collaborative innovation in the academic world—built on expertise, passion, and a commitment to research excellence.
Mr. Arora is the founder and driving force behind the creation of IJOEAR. With 10+ years of experience in academic publishing, digital systems, and content management, he is responsible for building and maintaining the journal's technical and operational infrastructure. As Chief Editor, he oversees the academic content and peer review process of the journal, ensuring it aligns with international standards. His involvement guarantees the relevance, originality, and scientific quality of each publication.
