This page provides comprehensive guidelines to help you prepare and submit your manuscripts for publication in our journal. Following these guidelines ensures a smooth review process and timely publication.
About IJOEAR
The International Journal of Environmental and Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) [ISSN: 2454-1850 (Online)] is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing high-quality research in the fields of agriculture and environmental sciences. Operating since 2015, IJOEAR publishes articles monthly, releasing issues on the last date of every month.
Submissions can be made via the Submit Article page or emailed to info.ijoear@gmail.com or info@ijoear.com.
Articles accepted for publication are included in the issue for the respective month. If an article is accepted after the month's deadline, it will be considered for the subsequent issue. Authors are notified throughout the publication process. Special issues are announced separately and are limited to specific topics.

Submission Guidelines
1. Plagiarism Check
Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Authors are required to use plagiarism detection tools like Turnitin or iThenticate to ensure the plagiarism level does not exceed 20% (including references) or 5% (excluding references).
2. Manuscript Quality
Manuscripts should align with the journal's aim and scope and include essential sections: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Authors may refer to the journal's published archives for format guidelines.
3. Article Limits
An author may submit up to two articles per issue.
4. Peer Review Process
IJOEAR employs a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial evaluation. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts, and the final decision is made by the Chief Editor. The process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
5. Copyright and Licensing
Authors must submit an e-Copyright Transfer Form upon acceptance. Copyright for all accepted articles is held by IJOEAR. Published articles cannot be withdrawn or republished without the journal's consent.
6. Indexing and Abstracting
IJOEAR is indexed in numerous bibliographic databases including WorldCat, Neliti, Qualis, and Google Scholar. However, the inclusion of an article in a specific index is determined by the database team, independent of the journal's influence.
7. Open Access Policy
IJOEAR follows an Open Access Journal System (OJS). Submissions and processing are free, and publication fees are based on the author's country. For authors unable to pay, the journal offers free publication options.

Key Publication Policies
Ethical Standards
Authors must ensure their submissions are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Proper permissions must be obtained for third-party materials (e.g., figures or tables).
Proofreading and Corrections
Authors are provided with proofs in PDF format for review. Corrections must be submitted within three days to avoid delays. No significant changes to the manuscript are allowed after the final submission.
Copyright Policy
Accepted articles become the property of IJOEAR. Authors are granted the right to reuse their work in future research with proper acknowledgment of IJOEAR as the copyright holder.
Final Proof of the Article
One set of page proofs (as PDF files) will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author, or a link will be provided in the e-mail so that the authors can download the files themselves. If authors do not wish to use the PDF annotations function, they may list the corrections and return them to IJOEAR in an e-mail at info.ijoear@gmail.com or info@ijoear.com.
As per journal policy, the final article is sent as a proof to the author, and the author needs to list corrections quoting line numbers. If, for any reason, this is not possible, mark the corrections and any other comments on a printout of the proof, then scan the pages with corrections and e-mail them back within the given timeline. Please use this proof only for checking the typesetting, editing, completeness, and correctness of the text, tables, and figures. Significant changes to the article that has been accepted for publication will not be considered at this stage without prior permission.
It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back in one communication: please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely the authors' responsibility. Note that IJOEAR will proceed with the publication of the article if no response is received within three days.
Submission Process
Authors can submit their manuscripts as .doc, .docx, or .pdf files via email at info.ijoear@gmail.com or info@ijoear.com or through the journal's online submission portal. Submissions must adhere to the journal's formatting and ethical guidelines.
