Step 1: Manuscript Submission

Step 2: Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial office conducts an initial assessment of each submission:

Step 3: Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review:

What Reviewers Evaluate: Originality and significance of research, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, ethical compliance, and relevance to journal scope. Reviewers provide detailed, constructive feedback.
Step 4: Editorial Decision
After receiving reviewer reports, the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor issues one of the following decisions:

Step 5: Revision (if required)
When a revision is requested, authors must:
