Copyright Policy
Policy Statement
The International Journal of Environmental and Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) respects intellectual property rights and expects all authors, reviewers, and users to do the same. This Copyright Policy governs copyright ownership, infringement procedures, and legal compliance for all content published by IJOEAR.
Copyright Ownership
Understanding copyright ownership for published content:
Published Articles
Upon acceptance and signing of the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA), IJOEAR is granted exclusive publishing rights. Authors retain the right to be credited as the original creators under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.
Journal Content
The compilation of articles (journal issue) as a whole is protected by copyright owned by AD Publications (publisher). Individual articles are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
Website Content
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of IJOEAR/AD Publications unless otherwise noted.
Third-Party Content
Third-party content used with permission retains its original copyright. Authors are responsible for obtaining and documenting such permissions.
Important: Copyright ownership does not transfer to IJOEAR for the underlying intellectual property (e.g., research data, methodologies, patents). Authors retain these rights.
