Policy Statement

The International Journal of Environmental and Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) respects intellectual property rights and expects all authors, reviewers, and users to do the same. This Copyright Policy governs copyright ownership, infringement procedures, and legal compliance for all content published by IJOEAR.

Author Warranties & Representations

By submitting a manuscript to IJOEAR, authors warrant and represent the following:

Originality The work is original and has not been published elsewhere (except as a preprint or thesis).
No Plagiarism The work does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Authorization All authors have authorized the submission and agree to the Copyright Transfer Agreement.
Permission for Third-Party Material Any third-party material used has proper permissions and attributions.
No Concurrent Submission The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
Disclosure All conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
Breach of Warranty

If any warranty is found to be false, IJOEAR reserves the right to reject the manuscript, retract the published article, and report the violation to the authors' institutions and COPE.

IJOEAR complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may file a counter-notice.

Required Elements for a Valid Counter-Notice
  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, IJOEAR will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, the removed content may be restored.

Repeat Infringers Policy

IJOEAR maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement.

Notification of Repeat Infringement

Repeat infringers will be notified in writing. Termination of access applies to the individual and all associated accounts (including co-authors in cases of collusion).
