The International Journal of Environmental and Agriculture Research (IJOEAR) is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent the dissemination of valuable research. We offer fee waivers and discounts to eligible authors based on country of affiliation, career stage, financial need, and contribution to the journal.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a fee waiver or discount, authors must meet the following basic criteria:
Manuscript Acceptance
The manuscript must have been formally accepted for publication in IJOEAR after successful peer review.
Corresponding Author Status
The waiver/discount request must be submitted by the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript.
Complete Documentation
All required supporting documents must be submitted with the waiver request.
Timely Submission
Waiver requests must be submitted within 14 days of manuscript acceptance notification.
Types of Waivers & Discounts
IJOEAR offers the following fee waiver and discount options:

Low-Income Country Definition
IJOEAR uses the World Bank country classifications by income level. Low-income economies and lower-middle-income economies are eligible for full or partial waivers. Authors from upper-middle-income and high-income economies may be eligible for partial waivers based on demonstrated financial need.

Document Requirements
All documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. Documents must be clear and legible. Falsified documents will result in immediate rejection and potential publication ban.
