Manuscript Evaluation Criteria
When evaluating a manuscript, consider the following criteria:

Highlight the manuscript's strongest aspects. What makes this work valuable?
Major Concerns
Identify significant issues that affect the manuscript's validity or quality. Be specific and constructive.
Minor Concerns
Note smaller issues such as typos, unclear phrasing, or formatting errors.
Recommendations
Provide specific suggestions for improvement. Be constructive, not just critical.
Overall Recommendation
Select one: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
