How to Obtain Certification
  1. Complete the relevant training module(s) (self-study or guided).
  2. Pass the assessment quiz (minimum 80% score required).
  3. Submit a certification request to info@ijoear.com with proof of completion.
  4. Receive digital certificate within 5-7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ethics training is strongly recommended but not mandatory for authors. However, authors must confirm their understanding of ethical guidelines during submission. Reviewers and editors are required to complete mandatory ethics training.

Yes, all IJOEAR-provided ethics training modules and resources are completely free. External training resources (COPE, Coursera, etc.) may have their own fee structures.

IJOEAR editors are required to complete refresher ethics training every 2 years. New editors must complete training within 30 days of appointment.

IJOEAR provides certificates of completion. However, acceptance for institutional credit (e.g., RCR training credit) is at the discretion of your institution. Please check with your institutional ethics or research integrity office.
